Peridot beach August birthstone

BeachWhat better way to commemorate the birthstone of August then with a whole beach lined with it! The birthstone of the month is peridot and it comes in abundance on a small beach in Hawaii.

2.1 carat Andrea Birthday Diamond found by State Park visitor last week

Diamond is the birthstone of the month, and birthday girl Andrea Murphy celebrated her 30th with a trip to Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. Within 2 hours of being there she found herself a 2.1 carat brown diamond!
